Joe Marchetti III
Joe Marchetti, III is a seasoned real estate development executive with a diverse background in the finance and commercial real estate industries. With over 15 years of experience and $400 Million+ of development projects over the past few years, he has established himself as a dynamic leader with a keen eye for identifying excellent investment opportunities and successfully executing complex development projects.
Previously, Joe was the president of Hourigan Development, located in Richmond, VA. Under his guidance, the company earned a reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable developments that enhanced the communities in which they were located. Prior roles in commercial banking and investment sales honed his financial expertise, risk management, and equipped him with a solid foundation in assessing the financial viability of real estate ventures.
Joe is an active member of the central Virginia real estate community and serves on the local American Cancer Society Advisory Board. He also guest lectures real estate classes at his alma mater, the University of Virginia.
Joe Marchetti, jr.
Joe Marchetti Jr. has over 39 years of real estate development experience with a portfolio in commercial and residential development projects. Joe has brought a diverse range of complex projects to fruition including office, mixed use, industrial and medical properties. He has developed and/or owned over 2 million SF of commercial space and 735 residential units.
His decades of experience in the industry have spanned all phases of commercial real estate including marketing, development, site selection, asset management, leasing and sales. Joe’s proven leadership and work ethic has led real estate users, owners and investors to consistently seek his management and leasing expertise for a comprehensive perspective.
