Advanced Orthopedics (now OrthoVA) engaged us to complete their orthopedic campus which consisted of a surgical center, physician and administrative offices and physical therapy center. The 61,000 SF facility was completed at a cost equivalent to their previous lease but with 30% more space.
Within two years of the completion, we commenced work on the second building which contained lab space and a professional sports training facility. This 22,000 SF building was developed adjacent to the main building creating a true campus environment which provided efficiency for the doctors and a more holistic approach for their patients.
