Deepwater is a Class A first-generation Industrial Park with over 1.5 million square feet across three buildings. Strategically located minutes from downtown Richmond, right along the I-95 corridor, and adjacent to the Richmond Marine Terminal, this property represents a best-in-market opportunity for tenants.
In 2021, construction began on a 560,000 SF spec building. A month into the site work, a large national tenant took the building and expanded the footprint to 1.2MM SF and included an astounding 800 trailer and truck storage positions.
The remaining two buildings, Buildings A and C, provide 320,000 square feet of additional warehouse and distribution space with flexible leasing configurations to accommodate a wide range of potential tenants. Building features include tilt-up concrete construction with a 36’ clearance height, 60 mil TPO membrane roofing with 20 year warranty, customizable loading dock configuration, ESFR, space for trailer stalls and truck courts, LED motion sensor lighting, and ample parking.
The project was fully delivered by June of 2023.
