Located at the gateway to the City of Richmond, Kinsale Center will be the epicenter for a new live, work, play environment in the most central location in Richmond, VA. Home to Elevance (formerly Anthem) Health Insurance and Kinsale Insurance, the project's first phase will include 550,000 SF of newly renovated and reskinned office space. Both buildings are undergoing renovations with total capital investment in excess of $120MM.
These two buildings will anchor Kinsale Center, which will contain over 500 luxury multifamily units, over 400 hotel keys and 300,000+ SF of new commercial/retail space. This transit-oriented development is located along the Pulse, Richmond’s bus rapid transit system and has convenient access to I-64, Staples Mill and Broad Street and the Amtrak station.
